Designed for a financial services firm, the program for this 7,000 sf office space at 717 Fifth Avenue required demolition and renovation of the entire space, including open office areas, executive offices and the addition of a new tech room, gym and shower. The demolition of existing partitions to create open offices, and the use of a lighter palette of colors and materials transformed the space into a modern light filled office.
