POSITION: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER (#316649)
LOCATION: BROOKLYN, NY
Job Duties Will prepare detailed drawings and Building Information. Modeling of architectural projects as well as presentation materials for public, commercial, and residential projects on all design phases. Will be responsible for Architectural design and documentation from Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents through Construction Administration. Use latest software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, InDesign and Photoshop. Develop physical models and digital 3D models and renderings. Coordinate Architectural drawings with Engineering and other consultants’ drawings. Attend weekly or bi-weekly project meetings, and prepare meeting minutes for assigned projects. Assist in managing projects and conducting product research specific to each project. Utilize the latest programs such as AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, InDesign and Photoshop. Prepare punch list for final project closeouts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires a Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Urban Design or a closely related field.
