Zoning studies and master planning of a mixed use development included hotel, residential, retail and offices. Design studies were done for a new condominium development, landscaping and public spaces.

Rehabilitation of 200,000 sf of existing offices and light manufacturing spaces incorporated new retail and public spaces. Building systems were upgraded for IBC, Americans with Disabilities Act and Energy Code compliance.
