This project necessitated the re-design of three separate apartments occupying one floor of the building into a cohesive 6,000 sf. extended family residence. A central elevator lobby acts as a linking element between one larger and one smaller unit. Floating ceilings and natural, contemporary materials are used to connect and define spaces throughout the residence.
