Designed for a financial services firm, the program for this 7,000 sf office space required partial demolition and renovation of the entire space, including the addition of a new "tech room," gym, and shower. The selective demolition of existing partitions to create open offices, and the use of a lighter palette of colors and materials transformed the space without gutting it.
