Sustainability Partners LLC is a partnership of experienced professionals from the architecture, finance, engineering, real estate, and construction industries that help building owners and developers finance and implement practical energy saving solutions for their new and existing properties.

NPA and its partners have collaborated on many projects to reduce energy consumption and otherwise stabilize critical housing resources in our communities, taking advantage of the many powerful incentive programs. These incentives include:

- New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Programs
- The NYS Weatherization Program
- Con Edison / National Grid energy efficiency incentives
- Various Federal and State Tax Credits for energy efficient / 'green' technologies

As a partner of NYSERDA's Multifamily Performance Program, our services include both the administrative and applications processes as well as the technical requirements of energy audits / energy reduction plans, design, and implementation.
